Ntosake is Gamaliel’s leadership development program designed for women who are interested in building collective power through their public life. In 2020, we are looking to
establish a statewide “pride”. A pride is a place for women in leadership to have support and accountability on their leadership development journey.
Ntosake-trained women bring the skills they learn back to their local organizations. The word “n’tosake” comes from South Africa, is used by the Gamaliel affiliate there, and means “She who walks with lions and carries her own things”.
