Wisconsin will be closing the Lincoln Hills juvenile detention center and dispersing residents to the counties. The Dane County Board must create a means to receive the children into our community. This will inform community members and guide the board. Discussion outcomes will be documented by MOSES and used as a basis for guiding our social justice work to advise and advocate for humane and effective programs in our work with the Dane County Board.
This event will be a moderated panel discussion with audience participation.
