- 2016 Sept – Second Report
- Recommends Spending < $4M for stopgap repairs
- Recommendation approved
- 2016 Dec – Final Report provides two options
- Option 1 Build on top of Public Safety Bldg, then in parking lot $158M
- Option 2 Build adjacent to Public Safety Bldg, $164M
- 2017-June – New option presented (similar to Option 1 , but cheaper)
- Option 3 Make option 1 cheaper
- Delay some construction from option 1 (drop other items?)
