ABOUT MOSES
MOSES (Madison Organizing in Strength, Equity, and Solidarity) is a non-partisan interfaith organization that works to promote social justice and racial equity. MOSES is an affiliate of WISDOM.
Our mission is to build collective power to dismantle the systems of mass incarceration and mass supervision and to eradicate the racial disparities in our community that contribute to them.
We are
- A faith and values-based organization welcoming people of diverse religions and no religion
- Racially, educationally, and economically diverse residents of the Madison – Dane County area
- Welcoming to formerly incarcerated people and families of incarcerated people as full equal members of our organization
